Hi Everyone,
I have a student who asked me about the use of 'usedn't'.
I've never heard of such a clumsy expression from anyone.
Surely this is not real.
Thoughts?

Cup cakeSurely this is not real.
Oh, yes it is! But it had its heyday around the year 1920, which was nearly 100 years ago, so we don't hear it much anymore.
