Used toor Be used to

Hi there.

What could be the correct option for the question below?

Now I ______ at night.

A. am used to work
B. used to work
C. used to working
D. am used to working

I thought the answer was D,but the official answer key says C. I think answer key is wrong. What do you think?

There is no comma after "now". But "used to" refers to past habits, doesn't it? Then how can we use it with "now" with a comma? I'm a little confused. I need an explanation.

"Now" does not always mean at the present time. It can be an introductory word with no actual meaning.
