Grammar

used to/familiar with/acquainted with

Hi teachers,
Can I use "be used to", " be familiar with", and "be acquainted with" interchangeably as below? if not , please help me understand why:

I lost my way because I was not familiar with the roads to your company.
I Iost my way because I was not used to the roads to your company.
I Iost my way because I was not acquainted with the roads to your company.

By the way, can I say:

At the wedding party I found her face very familiar, but I didn't remember who she exactly is.

Thank you in advance
