Used to or use to?

Hello every1
I am confused: When is one supposed to use "used to" or "use to"

I am inclined to think that used to is used more often, since it refers to a past action that no longer happens.
However, I am clueless as to whether it should be used with a d, such as in "used to" vs. "use to" , when, and why.

If you could be of help, I would appreciate it.
