Hi
is "used to" ---> yoos tuh or yoost tuh?

I think both of the versions are used and are ok. Especially because there wouldn't be much difference to me...

Formal transkription is this: /'ju: st tu:/ ( there is no blank between u and s. ) If you know how to read transkripts, you will not have problem. Edited: Sorry I was going to delete it but I can't delete it.

Assuming you mean the semi-modal, the first. There's absolutely no need for a double-t. Same for the meaning accustomed (I'm used to drinking wine.) Otherwise (This tool was used to help cut that wood.), yoozd tuh.
