Use " went " in the sentence to give the same meaning

3-Mr.John suggested that we should go to Paris. (went)

Can we say "Mr. John suggested that we went to Paris."

No. They have different meanings.

Mr is not normally used with just a first name. It is used with a full name like Mr Gordon Bennet or, just a surname like Mr Bennet. The same is true of Miss and Mrs.
