use the "the" because contextually it is specific enough.

0I think CJ said something like this although I am writing it to reflect what he is trying to say generally and might not be the core of his reply. I think his reply can be construed as saying that even if the word "the" is not part of the proper name, we know it would be the article to use because we are dealing here is "specificity"of the words or phrases by the GIVEN context. Can we apply this general principle, if we can call that, to other situations, unless prohibited by some other explicit grammatical rules, like never putting "the" in front of a road name?02br
