Use "on" or "about"?

What is right?

To say,

"Jack Johnsson on Michael..."

or

"Jack Johnsson about Michael..."

Jack Johnsson on Michael (this would be the title)
"Jack Johnsson is giving a talk about Michael...." (This would be an opening sentence.)
