Use of you or your

Can anyone enlighten me as to the correct usage of you or your in a sentence such as -

With regard to you receiving the payment, please find my cheque enclosed OR


With regard to your receiving the payment, please find my cheque enclosed.

Am I correct in saying that both are correct or is one better English?

"Your" is correct. The gerund "receiving" takes the possessive adjective.

"You" is sometimes used casually.
