Use of 'Yet'

Hey I was wondering if the use of 'yet' is ok the below sentences...

*This e-mail is just a reminder if you have not printed the document yet.*

*This e-mail is just a reminder if you have not yet printed the document.*

*This e-mail is just a reminder if you have yet not printed the document.*

And also is it ok if I were to have written 'printed out' rather than 'printed'.

Thanks in advance Emotion: smile
