use of word:to or for

Which word is correct in these sentences?

I am on my way 'to or for' practice.
I am on my way 'to or for' training.
I am on my way 'to or for' exercise.
I am on my way 'to or for' football practice.
I am on my way 'to or for' my first soccer practice/training.

Both sound kin of possible, which is why I am confused!
