Use of word "fine"

When somebody asks your opinion whether it is acceptable, which is the more appropriate way of responding:

1. Fine to me

2. Fine by me

3. Fine for me?

Hi Jammy, my 'usual' is number 2, but they're all used. 1 - It looks fine to me 2 - That's fine by me 3 - This one is fine for me -- 4 - This will do me fine.

excellent examples hitch... only the slightest of nuances between each of them. (just in case someone does not know this particular useof "fine", it means "satisfactory" or "sufficient".)
