Use of word

Is 'of' correct in these sentences.

Today, I played my best game 'of ' the week.

I played my best match 'of' the tournament.

It was my best match 'of' the tournament.

I see. Is that because 'during' makes it sound that it is during the entire course of time, as in, I played my best during the entire week or I played good during the entire week, and not on a specific day as the above sentences convey?

I edited my previous post a short while after submitting it. You may not have seen that. A discrete thing can happen "during" a period of time, as in that example. It does not have to refer to the entire course of time. However, "I played my best match during the tournament" means "during the tournament as opposed to some other time", which is completely different to the meaning of your original s
