Use of with at the beginning and sentence analysis

'With enjoyable physical activity, stress release quality sleep and the right diet, we can reverse the metabolic damage which is wreaking havoc in the world and especially in India.

What is the grammatical function of "with" and what is its role in the sentence?
My guess:
Core sentence:
We(subject) can reverse(main verb)
the metabolic damage(direct object of the main verb) which is wrecking...in India(a relative clause) modifying the "damage.

With (seems like a preposition)...,we..
Are all three phrases before the main sentence adverbial answering the "how or why it can reverse the damage"?
Is the preposition "with" applicable to the following phrases as well? So we don't need to repeat with every time?
Thanks

Yes, that's right. You have a long prepositional phrase, which has an adverbial function, modifying the verb "can reverse": "With enjoyable physical activity, stress-release quality sleep, and the right diet..." - that is, "With enjoyable physical activity, with stress-release quality sleep, and with the right diet...".

"the metabolic damage" is the direct object of the verb "can reve
