Use of "Wish"

Hello everybody. I need some teacher's or native's help with the following: Is it possible to say in English? What does any of them imply?

1. " I wish my girl kissed well"
2. I wish my girl would kiss well"
3. She wishes Peter taught her how to kiss.
4. She wishes Peter would Teach her how to kiss.

If I say that my girlfriend doesn't kiss well and she desires to learn.
