Use of will in when clause?

"When any incidents of this kind WILL happen again, we will be forced to consider the termination of our contract."

Is this acceptable?

I think the will should be deleted,

but someone says it sounds perfectly natural and has a slightly different nuance, implying a less definite connotation.
