Will is used when you are certain about something.

Don't phone him now because he will still be angry about the fight. (I'm sure he will be angry)

Will is also used in the future as a future auxiliary verb when making predictions.

I will be happy when my exams are over. ( I predict that i will be happy)

You can also use will when asking for something

Will you close that door, please?

Would is a modal verb and also the past form of Will.

I would like some tea, please. ( I'd like...)

When I was little, my parents would take me to a park every Saturday.

We also use it when requesting something. It's more polite than Will.

Would you like some tea?

Would be is used in conditional sentences.

He would be a great leader, if he were given the chance. (it could be possible)

If you study for the exam, you would be up for the challenge.
