Use of WILL

Compare the following sentences:
"I will not be available at home when you will come"
and "I will not be available at home when you come"
Which one is more correct and why? I think second one is better. Rather I would use arrive instead of come. But the question here is: To use the second "will" or not.

Don't use the second "will."

It doesn't work even with "arrive."

You can use a double "will" in something like,
"There will come a time when you will regret this."
(The time will come when you will regret this.)

Thanks for your reply Avangi, I know this fact, but is there any grammatical explanation for this? A friend asked me why you are using this present tense instead of future (will) and I could not answer her. I hope you can enlighten us

I suspected as much.

The English future "tense" is a puzzle wrapped in an enigma.
I'm afraid I'm not prepared to explain it. Sorry.

Even in my double "will" example, the second "will" may be omitted.
But in my opinion your double "will" would be incorrect.
