Use of 'who' after company name

Which of the following sentences is better? Is either outright wrong?

Any help would be very gratefully received.

Hi, Patrick, Neither is outright wrong. I would use that because I regard a company as neuter, so I would similarly not refer to a store as they but rather it . On the other hand, a company may be personified on the basis that it is made up of people, so you could get away with using who .
