Use of wearing

Hi

Could you please tell me how to say the underlined in a natural way?

(I wonder if a short phrase can pass the message instead of a complete sentence!)

A - How often do you wash this shirt?
B - With/After each wearing.

The speaker means to say that each time he takes off his shirt, he puts it in the laundry basket and does not repeat it until it has been washed again.

Thanks,

Tom
