Use of verb "insist" in this context

Hi,

Is the following sentence correct?

He might have been insisting that she (should) send her photographs.

We often have this problem in evaluating sentences out of context.

I didn't mean to post the last thread to contradicte the answer by Avangi. I just thought it sounded off-beat to my ear. To me, besides the using the grammar book, I also try to exercise my imgaination, as Avangi said it well, to create a semantic cohesion in an attempt to decypher the intended meaning in a posted question. As written, I really couldn't see context in which the use of PP continuo

With due respect, you are entitled to your disagreement. It is a matter of persepctive. We apparently can't agree on the sentence. I spoke my mind and you did yours. Let's agree to disagree.
