Use of verb after "after"

I have a question that comes up regularly...
In an FAQ, I have this question:

What can I expect after I have replied to the notice?

Question:
Do I use "have replied", "reply", "replied"? Or how else would you rephrase it to make it clearer?
Thanks

You can say either of the first two. Perhaps 'reply' would be the simplest.
