Can I say:

I am thinking to get a new tattoo.

Is 'to get' correct in the sentence?

I've heard it said, but it's a substandard collocation.. Say eg I am thinking about getting a new tattoo. eg I am going to get a new tattoo.

Say
eg I am thinking about getting a new tattoo.
eg I am going to get a new tattoo.

Should be 'of getting', future tense. Also 'thinking of' often go together
