Use of third person

Hi -

I am working on job descriptions for my company and want to instruct my colleagues on the proper use of third person in bullet points. When I'm writing job requirements, I want them to be listed in bullet points. Is this correct use of third person?

"Establish XYZ systems, standards, and guidelines ..."

Thank you.

"establish" is not in the third person. If you insist on third person, you will have to use the third person forms -- the ones with "s" or "es". " But I don't see why third person is required.
