Use of the idiom "come to"

Hi

Can we use the idiom come to (come back to consciousness) in a figurative way? Are these sentences OK?

Will you ever come to, Mike? Don't you realize the damage you've done?

A- After how long did she come to?

B- Physically half an hour later. Otherwise, I don't think she ever came to.

Thanks,

Tom
