use of the expression : on the same date

I am curious about how you can use the "on the same date". Please correct me if there is any mistake in what follows

1. We will file a different application on the same date we will make a request for an examination

2. We will file a different applicaiton on the same date at which or in which we will make a request for an examination.

My question is about whether you can use the expression "on the same date" followed by in which or at which.

thanks in advance
