Grammar

Use of that in the following sentences

This may seem a silly question but I needed to get my doubts clear!

I won't force you to stay home and not go overseas finding job.

Can we rewrite the sentence as follows?

I won't force that you have to stay home and not go overseas...job.

I mean, is it grammatically correct to write such a sentence with 'that'?

Please help!

And what about this one?-I won't force you that you can't go overseas finding job.
