Use of "that"

Hello everybody,
I think that I use "that" too much when I'm writting and I don't know if it correct or not. Like the examples below:

1) I hope (that) you like it.
2) I'm sure (that) you'll like it.
3) I think (that) I use...

In these three examples, "that" can/should be omitted? What is the best choice in this situation?

'That' is optional there. Including it is more formal than omitting it.
