Use of "Since, .. and since" in a sentence

Here are two sentences. Please focus on the second one!
I wrote the first one, to get you into the context!

"Finally, the new image is copied over the old image, for the pixels with no dependencies.
Since we have not completely constructed the new image, because of halo dependencies, and since calculations on new image depend on the old one, the old's image dependent pixels are those who reside in the three-pixel wide halo."

I am not sure about the usage of "Since, .... , and since, .."
Does it make sense?

Also when I say "depend on the old one", it is clear that the word one refers to an image too?

Thank you,
sorry for my complicated sentences!

There is an ambiguity in the first sentence. Do you mean the pixels in the old image, or those in the new image? "Finally, the new image is copied over the old image, for the pixels with no dependencies.

First of all, thank you! You have helped me multiple times and I really appreciate that.

"Finally, the new image is copied over the old image, for the pixels with no dependencies."
The pixels with no dependencies are on the old image. How I can make this more clear?

"Since we have not completely constructed the new image because of the halo dependencies, and since t

"Finally, the new image is copied over the old image, except for the pixels with no dependencies which are not copied, and remain in the old image."

A multi-word adjective is all hyphenated:
three-pixel-wide halo

Maybe this?

"Since we have not completely constructed the new image because of the halo dependencies and since the calculations

"Since we have not completely constructed the new image because of the halo dependencies, and since the calculations to be performed on the new image depend on the old one,the dependent pixels in the old image are those that reside in the three-pixel-wide halo"

Yes, this is what i mean!

I also made some changes on the first sentence. Hopefully is more clear now:
