Use of 'shut shop'

Hi

Is the red part natural English?

  1. What time do you shut shop every day?
  2. He had already shut shop by the time we reached there.
  3. Time for shutting shop has changed owing to the lockdown.
  4. Frank became very ill and shup shop one month before he died. (shut shop=closed it forever)

Not in the UK. You could say shut the shop but, if it is already clear what you are talking about, you could just say shut or close.
