Use of s/es with always
She always speak the truth.
or say ..she always complete her work on time.
Are the above sentences grammatically correct??!?!
and kindly explain it to me that why we not use S/ES with 'ALWAYS'.

Hi, Your sentences are not correct. A singular subject requires a singular verb eg She completes her work on time. A plural subject requires a plural verb.

No, it's not just with present tense..
We commonly say things like-
eg When he was a child, he always went to school.
eg When she is an adult, she will never go to school.
