use of right word

Should will or would be used here?

If you really need me I 'will or would' help you.

Are both possible or should 'need' go with 'will', and 'needed' go with 'would'?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you very much for your help.

Also when someone says 'would you be able to help', should the below sentence be with 'will' or 'would' or either one is correct?

I 'would' or 'will' be happy to help you.

Sorry, I will try to clarify.

If someone says: would you be able to help me with arrangements for the party tomorrow?.. I would like to respond by: yes, I would/will be happy to help you.

Should my reply include 'will' or 'would' or either would work?

Generally speaking, we tend to answer a question formed with a modal or primary auxiliary (BE, HAVE or DO) using the same modal or primary auxiliary.
