Below, is the speaker B sure of who the person is?

A: Who's that woman over there?

If they were not sure, they would say:

'That might be Julia Roberts'

After thinking about it, I guess saying "That would be Julia Roberts" shifts the focus of the discussion to Julia Roberts more clearly than "That is Julia Roberts".
