Use of "HE" or "HIM"

Hi, am unsure of how to properly end this sentence and would appreciate any assistance.

"It has been a privilege working with Dr. Jeffrey, and we appreciate the opportunity of being assistance to both him (or he) and Palomar Community College.

Kind Regards!
