use of pronoun + proper name

I'm trying to figure out if I should use "her" or "she" in the sentence, "___ and Loui are so special to me." I can't just throw a "they" in there because this is the first mention of Loui in the writing. (Yes, the audience is already aware of who "Loui" is! Emotion: smile )

You need she for your sentence as she is part of the subject. You can't say her is, nor can you say her and Loui are. CB
