Use of pronoun

What is the correct sentence;

1. You and he have good grades.
2. You and him have good grades.
Also why do we use 'I' in the middle of the sentence, shouldnt' it be 'me'?

1. Charles took Richard and I to the party.
2. Charles took Richard and me to the party.
