Hi. Please help me with these.

1. Do you think both of these are correct? Or, perhaps Is one of them correct?

A: Enjoy yourself. I know you haven't had time to eat a full meal. We have prepared this sumptuous meal for both us. There are plenty to eat. Go ahead.

(B spends a lot time eating)

B: 1) Oh, I had enough. Thank you.

2) Oh, I have had enough. Thank you.

2. Which tense is correct in this context?
