Use of "pass up/on"

Hi,

Could you check these sentences for mistakes, please?

1. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity - you can't afford to pass it up

2. This is the opportunity of a lifetime - you can't pass on it

3. He could've become president of the US, but he passed up the opportunity

4. He could've become wealthy, but he passed on the opportunity
