use of over in sentences

Hello everyone,
I have some questions about the use of the keyword "over". First of all, are the following two sentences perfectly correct?

1- Does the flight go over Iceland?
The bridge goes over the River Danube.

Second, If I want to put over in the following two sentences, can I do it in any ways other than the ones stated above?

1- Does the flight go Iceland? For example: does the flight over Iceland?
2- The bridge goes the River Danube. For example: The bridge over the River. OR The bridge is over the river ?
Thanks in advance
