Use of only?

I came only now
Now only I came
I came now only
I only came now

Are they give the same meaning? And which of them is more accurate, in generally speaking?

Thanks a lot!

Oops! But here in my place we more often use "Now only I came" to mean that "I have just arrived" Emotion: zip it! I will not use it anymore )))
