can anybody help me to correct below sentences?

Prevail
Prerogative

"Any kind of proof in written has more permanence than spoken words"

"Bad manner prevail across today young generation’s way of behaving with elder"

"I am part of board of director, I have prerogative to influence decision made by others board of directors."

Anything in writing has more permanence than spoken words. Bad manners prevail today across the younger generation, especially in regard to their behavior towards their elders. As a member of the board of directors it is my prerogative to try to influence other board members in regard to any decision they have to make.
