Hi

Would you say that the use of the word neighborly meaning friendly/kind is common in everyday English?

It was a very neighborly gesture of hers. (kind gesture of hers)

A - How would you classify his approach?
B - Quite neighborly.

A - How did you find her?
B - Very neighborly.
