Use of maximum

Hi

Are all of these sentences natural?

  1. The bank is maximum a minute's walk away from her house.
  2. It should take you maximum ten minutes to complete the task.
  3. What's the maximum age limit for the job?

Well 1. and 2. sound to me like oral speech, but for a formal writing style, it could be considered a bit insufficient.

I would probably write something like "is at the most a one minute walk" and "should take you a maximum of ten minutes to complete".

Again, that doesn't work for me. Try:

It should take you a maximum of ten minutes
