Use of maximum

Hi

Are all of these sentences natural?

  1. The bank is maximum a minute's walk away from her house.
  2. It should take you maximum ten minutes to complete the task.
  3. What's the maximum age limit for the job?

Thanks,

Tom

I would probably write something like "is at the most a one minute walk" and "should take you a maximum of ten minutes to complete".

3. is all right.

Mr. TomThe bank is maximum a minute's walk away from her house.

That doesn't work for me. Try:

The bank is only a minute's walk from her house.

Mr. TomIt should take you maximum ten minutes to complete the task.

Again, that doesn't work for me. Try:

It should take you a maximum of ten minutes
