USE OF MAKE HIM OR MAKE IT

Hye every one i am new in this forum plz make me fell good about yoor community by answering my question

i want to ask are these both sentences right or which one is more formal ?

it is like i am saying it to my friend who is sluggish?

"Do you want me to make your passport made?

"do you want me to get your passport made"

if 2nd one looks formal can you plz tell me about the 1st one?

Use "get" or "have," not "make."
Your first example is not correct.

The second one needs a capital letter at the beginning and a question mark at the end.

"Have" would be more formal than "get."

Better you use 'get' everywhere.
I am not sure about formality of 'have'. Even if it is more formal you won't need it in your case.

Usage of 'make' is incorrect.
