Use of it and singular/plural

In the following cases is it correct the use of "it" and of the verb in the plural form?

In the yellow label it is seen the two names and some information...
In the yellow label is seen the two names and some information...

Also in the middle, between the two, it is placed three devices...
Also in the middle, between the two, is placed three devices

So, which ones of the previous statements are correct?

Only these are possible:

On the yellow label are seen the two names and some information...

'It' is never plural.

Okay, I understand that in the previous statements it is necessary to use the plural and that can never happen with "it", but when it is necessary to use the singular as in the statements below I am still confused :
