Use of 'in tensions'

Hi

Is the use of in tensions natural here?

(in tensions = when a lot is going wrong and there is too much confusion)

In tensions, I forgot to ask the caller's name.

I have never seen or used that expression.

As far as I know, the use of in tensions is not natural anywhere. Until now I would have sworn that it does not exist in English.
