Use of 'in camera'

Hi

Is the use of "in camera" OK in casual conversation?

We didn't want to invite every Tom, Dick and Harry to the party. So, we arranged it in camera.

If you want it to be a small birthday party, you'll have to arrange it in camera. Or the whole campus will be here Saturday night.

Thanks,

Tom

PS: every or any Tom, Dick and Harry?
