Of these two choices, 'at' is better.

But really, I'd say it a little diiferently.

Correct: I'm a graduate of BEED, and I majored in general education at Adamson University.

general education is a common noun in your sentence.

I majored in physics at the University of Pennsylvania.

Hi,

I was confused by your hyphen. It makes BEED-major look like a hypenated word.

What is BEED, please? Is it a place?
