Use of "in a negative way"

Hi

Are these sentences natural? Any suggestions please?

1) I'm not saying it in any negative way, but he does procrastinate things a lot.

(in any negative way = I am not criticizing him--just mentioning a fact.)

2) I'm not saying it in a negative way, but he does procrastinate things a lot.

or

3) I don't mean anything negative, but he does procrastinate things a lot.

Thanks,

Tom
