Use of hyphens

I am working on a report that will be submitted to our local court and I want to make sure it is as accurate as possible. Please let me know if I have used the hyphen properly or advise me of any modifications you would recommend.

Mario reports he has made his home in with his fiancée, Graciela, and their two and a half year-old daughter, Deena.
